I can't watch Leah Remini on people puzzler. Boring boring boring. She is so rude to the players. Can she read any slower? She has lost the game for the contestants many times by reading sooooo slow. Why can't the producers see that? If I have to listen to her (tawk) one more time I'll scream. Who in the world thought she would be a good host? Sorry until there is another host I'm done with the show.

Love Leah but as a game show host?
She's so dry, sarcastic and looks so uninterested in these idiots, I can't stop laughing at some of the looks she gives them. God love her. I am unsure why anyone thought she was a game show host. So bizarre. She looks like she wants to blow up the stage and call it a day😊
The show is enormously easy. The format and rules needs some work. Why get rid of someone after two rounds? What's the point of the 3 in a row nonsense?

Don't quit your day job
I was thrilled when I learned that a game show involving Crosswords was coming to the Game Show Network. I have often thought Crossword puzzles would make a great game show and have imagined a concept of how it would work. I'm hoping that the show continues, with some much needed changes. The way the game is played currently leaves a lot to be desired. I like Leah Remini, although her voice has always really gotten on my nerves. I think she should go back to her day job and stick to acting. She just doesn't have the upbeat attitude or enthusiasm that a show like this needs. She mostly just seems very uncomfortable and she lacks the people skills that one needs to pull off the job of game show host effectively. And for pete's sake, pick up the pace. She reads the clues SOOO painfully slow that the contestants always come SOOO close to winning, but rarely do. I have watched a number of episodes where she was clearly responsible for the contestant's loss due to her pace, not theirs.

Slow and Boring Host
I think the show is very boring and not a show that needs brains as a player. Looks like the host Leah Remini had surgery on her lip and now she cannot have a decent smile. She is not a host who keeps someone's attention. I also think the game is easy. Do not have to think very hard unless you do not watch TV or movies. If this makes a second season it is not because it is a good game show or the host is good.

Ok this is not Jeopardy, but it isn't supposed to be. I find it a fun show and I like Leah. She has a New York humor. I wish she would ease up on the face fillers though and the lips. She can barely talk because of it.

Really dumb contestants
Crossword is a pretty solid format for a game show but this one screws it up.
For starters, it's a commercial for vapid celebrity-worshipping People magazine so you know it isn't going to be "Jeopardy!" going in, but where do they get these people as contestants? An endless parade of ditzes who are completely stumped by anything that happened before 2015 or so. (One contestant didn't know Elvis is called "the King." No, really.)
Leah needs to read the clues faster in the timed rounds. And for the love of God, when a contestant in the finals finishes 5 or 6 clues short of winning, please stop saying "You were soooooooo close!" It is like nails on a chalkboard.

Leah needs to read faster
Leah takes way to long to read the clues. Also you people never say what does the 2nd place person get? Do the also get a subscription to people magazine.
If i was playing this game I'd tell Leah to read faster.

Dull host
Leah Remini isn't a good host. She just stands there stiff as a board and her facial expression seem frozen. She looks uncomfortable. The game is interesting but the host should be changed.

Boring, bad host, & answers are too easy
The host always seems like she doesn't want to be there. She's very dry, emotionless, and just mean to the contestants.
The answers in the puzzles seem too easy, and they really shouldn't give them the first letter free-- starts to defeat the purpose of it being a crossword puzzles.
Also it's basically an ad for People's magazine-- they even have the lamest consolation prize ever--a 1 year subscription to the magazine. What is that, a $10 value for the company?

Okay show, bad hostess
I like Leah as an actress. But I can't help but wonder if it is the will of the producers or if she is just somewhat slow. She pauses for a second or two before reading the clue and THEN she reads it at the pace of a preschooler. I wonder how many contestants would have walked away with more cash? Has anyone else noticed this?

Worst game show ever
There are so many things wrong with this show, I barely know where to begin. Here goes:
First, I'd like to think Leah Remini is not a totally uneducated person, but her vocabulary definitely needs improvement. Virtually every time a contestant answers correctly, Remini responds with, "Good job!" She appears incapable of saying anything but those two words. Frankly, I'm kind of amazed neither the director nor producer of the show has urged her to come up with a few other replies. Also, at the end of the show, if the contestants fail to win $10,000, must she always say, "Don't worry, you've still won $1,000." Why would they worry?
Third, giving the third-place contestant a year's subscription to "TV Guide" is fine, I suppose. Here's my BIG gripe: Exactly what is given to the runner-up??? It would appear that person gets . . . Absolutely nothing. I realize that on most game shows the runner-up leaves empty-handed. However, if a prize, however small in value, is given to the person in THIRD place, how can the runner-up be given not a cent? It defies all logic and common sense.
Fourth, and this is the worst issue with the show: there's something inherently wrong with the way it's designed. If I've been able to observe this almost every time I've watched, how is it the creator and/or producer hasn't also caught on? And herein lies the problem: Often after the first round, the person in third place is able to forge ahead in round two by virtue of going first. By the time the third player takes his turn, despite having ended round one with a much higher score, there are not even three words left to play! What I'm saying is that the person in third place after round one should NOT be rewarded for doing poorly, yet I see this all the time.
Fifth, don't contestants have to try out before being accepted as players? I'm stunned by the idiotic responses of some of these adults. Sometimes, five letters of a six-letter word are displayed, and they still stand there with a stupid look on their face.
In sum, this show offers nothing, and I can no longer watch this drek.

Leah remini is so funny. She keeps the contestants in stitches.
I wish they would announce what the second place winner receives.

Needs a new host!
I really like the show but Leah is a horrible host! She is very fake and has had too many surgeries. She has a hard time pronunciating. I would watch more with a good host!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really wanted to like this show
I liked the concept of this game show. However, what should be a fast paced game turns out to be so slow moving that it's difficult to stay engaged. It seems like Leah Remini is speaking slowly and methodically so the audience and contestants can clearly hear the questions. BUT, she's speaking so slowly that even the final round is boring. The contestants are rushing to compete the puzzles and she's hindering them with her slow speach and pauses. It's too frustrating to watch.

Horrible host
Leah reads the clues way too slow in the bonus round. It's painful! Plus she's rude to contestants. I love GSN but can't watch this one due to her. It's a fun game show but nope! Change rhe channel every time!

not consistent Leah as a host is horrible
I am up overnight watching the episodes.
1: why is it that contestants can take up whatever time they want causing the later players no chance to answer the puzzle before the time runs out?
2: Why does Leah talk so much also taking time up? I saw an episode where she talked so much that the last player had no chance again and the puzzle questions left could have put her in the next head to head round.
3: Why is it that the final 2 persons when they go head to head they give the person that is behind 1st choice of the puzzles but other times the person in the lead gets to choose. To me this seems like a huge setup on who they want to go to the finals.
4: There was also a racial (at least to me) remark that Leah made in the episode where the answer was cornhole (the game) Her comment made me do a double take.
If i did not like the shows that come on before and after i would never leave this joke of a show on.

Yikes
Leah looked bad last season with the lip bs, even worse than kloe Kardashian looks now lol. A new season just started and she looks even more tired and like she's aged ten years. The second season also started this same year... How does less then six monthes do that to your face sweetie? She used to be cute too, I even had a crush on her when she was on that stupid show Jerry Stiller was the only funny one on...
This show... Its hilarious, I watch to see how bad it is.. Worst balance ever in a gameshow. Like other reviews have stated. People who are losing get the first turn in round two and it doesn't matter if the person in first had a perfect round before, the loser is rewarded, gets to come back and negate the first person.. I'd be throwing fists and you can tell ppl are mad but can't point out the issues of the show on air, that would be truthful and honest lol.
Then someone will get to clean up the words left aka get an extra turn over the other two people. Like no each person should each get a word corresponding to how many points they have. Three words left three people not one person gets to pile on points over the other two. Nobody wants to watch that stupidity. Balance... Fix it... Too much work for the producers of this dreck lol. A stupid ad for people magazine. About it.

Her Mouth
I loved her on King of Queens, I can't stand to watch this show. Her mouth can't move, her lips are big and stiff. Watching her makes my face hurt. She has always been such a funny actress, hope she can reverse what ever happened to her face.

Unfair Show
I get frustrated with how this show is arranged and how sloooow Leah Remini reads the clues. Besides looking like she can't even pronounce the words it's totally unfair to the contestants because they are being timed.
Questions: Why does the one with the lowest score go first in round 2. Why reward that person.
The whole show is unfair . Even on the bonus round, sometimes she picks the one with the lowest score to go first and some nights she picks the one with the highest score.
The whole show needs to be refigured. My husband feels the same way. He wonders "what happened to her lips because they look weird"!
We are not watching this holy mess anymore!

I'm sick and tired of Leah Remini wasting the contestants' precious time by reading the clues SO SLOW!!! Get with it and speed her up!!
She needs a lesson from Brooke on Master Minds. Come on, producers and directors, make this game fair!!!

Leah Remini is so very funny and cute. Too bad you all have no sense of humor and don't get her humor. At least all the contestants get her humor. All you have to do is watch the show to see how much fun everyone is having.

Confusion
Why is it that sometimes on the head to head puzzle, one day the highest score gets to pick first, other days it is the one with the lowest score. I love this show, watch it frequently but don't understand this policy.

Catfish lip fetish anyone?
Purely on comedy value it's watchable. Too many over the top guys wearing comfortable tennis shoes and people without a clue. Also the judges aren't fair. They give points for obviously wrong answers quite often. But overall it's funny watching the host get jealous over Jeopardy type answers. Taken for what it is PP is as entertaining as the old Match Game was.
They should give bonus points if Leah's lips move........you know that answer excited her.

I like the show a lot, but have 3 suggestions to make is SO much better. 1) Leah, STOP WITH THE LIP PLUMPERS AND THE BOTOX! You look so unnatural, it's hard to watch. 2) Leah, UPDATE YOUR WARDROBE! You are a beautiful girl with a nice figure--why are you wearing clothes that look like your granny donated to Goodwill? And 3) LEAH--READ FASTER! You draw out those clues in the final round to the point that almost nobody has a chance of winning. Speed it up, girl!
